Normally, Emriad Ventures has a standard packaging of 25kg per carton. Upon arrangement, however, we are able to package shea butter per kilo basis for our client.

Yes, we do air freight services, especially when products are urgently needed by our clients. We normally discuss this with our clients. Otherwise, we mostly operate through freight forwarding (maritime) and by road.

Our prices are dependent on the quite a number of factors such as quantity, order, level of quality, speed of delivery. We are happy to discuss the price with our clients.

All export purchases are made in USD or EURO. For our customers in other parts of Africa, we will be using the payment In the near future, we will be connecting to the Pan African Payment and Settlement Platform, which allows our clients to pay in their local currency.

Be sure to receive your order within a week by road, two weeks if ordered by air and up to 8 weeks for sea freight from the time of finalizing the sales contract. In all cases, the client has the possibility to track the products.

Due the production of shea products to customer specification and perishable nature of shea products, we expect the client to pre-commit an amount equivalent to 30% of the entire order. The remaining 70% is then paid after receipt of delivery. For new clients, we use letters of credit to transact. You make payments to our bankers through your bankers. Your bank credits us only when goods arrive at home country or depot.

Indeed, we actually ship our products with an accompanying detail of documents. We also share these documents with our clients for transparency.
